Privacy Notice
InterDok makes every effort to protect the privacy of event sponsors and any individuals using our services. When an event is listed in MInd: The Meetings Index, we will list the event contact’s name, telephone and fax as provided by the sponsor. We do not list or allow third parties to view an event contact’s e-mail address. All e-mail contacts for event sponsors are provided as a “form to mail” page, where a potential attendee can request information on an event but never see the contact’s e-mail address. Once an event contact has received an information request via MInd, if the contact chooses to reply, we no longer have any control in securing the contact’s e-mail address.
We do not exchange, provide or sell any e-mail addresses InterDok retains from information requests made for our services or for the purpose of contacting an event sponsor.
InterDok will not disclose the identity of any individual using our services to any third party unless it involves a law enforcement agency providing evidence of possible illegal activity while using our services. This includes any individuals who post information on our website which promotes illegal activity or any information request made via MInd which also proves to include illegal activity according to United States Federal or New York State laws.
We kindly suggest all event sponsors reply to an information request made via MInd in a timely manner – allowing a potential attendee to receive a response that provides updated assistance. We also request of all event sponsors to respect the privacy of individuals contacting them via InterDok by not adding any e-mail addresses received to any spam list.
